E Hō Mai – Grant Us

E hō mai ka ‘ike mai luna mai e
Grant us the wisdom from above

I nā mea huna no‘eau o na mele e
The hidden secrets of the chants

E hō mai – e hō mai – e hō mai
Grant it to us, give it to us, give it to us.

E hō mai ka ‘ike mai luna mai e
Grant us the wisdom from above

I nā mea huna no‘eau o na mele e
The hidden secrets of the chants

E hō mai – e hō mai – e hō mai
Grant it to us, give it to us, give it to us.

  1. aloha my name is cassi thompson and for the last 2 years i have been working with the Hawaiian studies program. I currently teach 12 seventh grade classes at Kalama intermediate school on the island of Maui. I am just so excited to show them the little video on mission aloha. I feel that aloha should definitely be spread around the world and I totally agree with your mana’o. My first day that i see the children i try to teach them how important the word aloha is; that its not just hello, goodbye, i love you; its this feeling of all that is good in me, i want to share that with you. i think that your video is so wonderful, and i cant wait to show it to the kids. aloha a hui ho
